Ultra-fast read speed
Supports single-line, dual-line, and quad-line reading with a read speed of up to 133MHz and a quad-line command transfer rate of up to 532Mbits/s. In DTR mode, the read speed reaches 104MHz, and the quad-line DTR command transfer rate is up to 832Mbits/s, significantly enhancing system access speed.
Improved programming and system operation efficiency
Page Programming time is 0.4ms, improving programming efficiency. Sector Erase time is 40ms, 32KB Block Erase time is 0.15s, and 64KB Block Erase time is 0.25s. Full chip erase time is 30s. Writing to the Status Register takes only 1ms, saving significant time during frequent area protection and de-protection operations, as well as switching between single, dual, and quad lines, thereby enhancing system operation efficiency.
