XTX won the 'Best Domestic Storage Chip Product of 2019' at the Hardcore China Chip Awards

On December 19, 2019, Shenzhen XTX Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'XTX') won the 'Best Domestic Storage Chip Product of 2019' award at the 'Hardcore China Chip' event. The selection was organized by Chip Master, with 127 outstanding Chinese chip companies participating. After three months of intense competition involving over 200,000 engineers and more than 40 expert judges, XTX emerged victorious.


The winning product, SPI NOR Flash model XT25W02DDUIGT, is a self-developed product by XTX, measuring just 1.2x1.2x0.4mm, making it the smallest package product in the industry. This product features extremely low standby power consumption of only 30nA and has been widely used in IoT devices, wearables, consumer products, and TDDI full-screen modules for smartphones, successfully helping customers reduce costs and enhance market competitiveness.


The '2019 Hardcore China Chip' selection evaluated domestic chip companies based on their R&D capabilities, product core competitiveness, and market performance. XTX, with its high-quality products and excellent market performance, received the award for the Best Domestic Storage Chip Product, alongside companies such as Yangtze Memory Technologies.
