XTX Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "XTX") held its establishment meeting and the first shareholders' meeting on February 1, 2021, and approved the proposal regarding the establishment of XTX Technology Co., Ltd. The company agreed to change its name from "Shenzhen XTX Technology Co., Ltd." to "XTX Technology Co., Ltd." The company completed the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures on February 8 and obtained the Business License issued by the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration.
The completion of the share reform marks another milestone in the company's development journey, signifying significant progress in its preparations for listing.
