Required Qualifications
I. For Principal Engineer: PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience in NAND or NOR flash IC design.
II. For Senior Engineer: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of industry experience in NAND or NOR flash IC design.
III. Deep expertise in flash memory architecture, operation, and design challenges.
IV. Strong background in analog and digital circuit design, with proficiency in EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys).
V. Solid understanding of semiconductor physics, device modeling, and fabrication processes.
VI. Proven ability to lead complex design projects and mentor junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications
I. Experience with emerging memory technologies or advanced flash architectures (e.g., 3D NAND).
II. Knowledge of memory reliability, error correction, and wear-leveling techniques.
III. Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and yield optimization.
