Business Continuity

To strengthen corporate resilience and enhance risk resistance, XTX has established a comprehensive ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management (BCM) system. Guided by systemic thinking, it employs an integrated BCM process to conduct thorough risk assessments (RA) and business impact analyses (BIA), accurately identifying risk points and their potential impacts. Scientifically formulated business continuity strategies (BCS) clearly define the maximum tolerable downtime (MTPD) and recovery time objectives (RTO). Additionally, contingency plans (IMP) and business continuity plans (BCP) are developed to effectively prevent various potential risks from impacting business operations. This dual approach of proactive defense and rapid response minimizes the losses caused by risk events to both the company and its customers, ensuring stable and sustainable business development.
