Conflict minerals statement

XTX adheres to international conventions and industry initiatives such as the United Nations Global Compact, the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), integrating corporate values into every aspect of supply chain management. We are committed to assuming social responsibility within our supply chain scope, paying close attention to regulations on conflict minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo and neighboring regions, and resolutely opposing the procurement of any illegal minerals that violate international laws and trample on human rights, contributing to the fairness and harmony of global supply chains.

XTX solemnly commits:

During critical stages of new product development and supplier integration, conflict mineral reviews will be prioritized assessment projects to prevent illegal minerals from entering the supply chain at the source.

We clearly require suppliers to earnestly fulfill their social and environmental responsibilities, diligently conduct due diligence on the sources of the metals they use, ensuring that products do not contain illegal metals. Regular investigations of suppliers will be conducted to accurately trace the origins of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W), and cobalt (Co) in products, ensuring all raw materials come from legitimate and compliant sources, always adhering to relevant policies and guidelines.

Timely feedback of due diligence results to customers, proactively disclosing details of conflict mineral investigations, winning customer trust through transparent operations.
